1. Create Your Account
Getting set up takes less than a minute.
Enter your email address
Create and confirm your password
Click Sign Up

2. Create Your First Template
Templates are the foundation of ThoughtTree. They let you capture your prompts and reuse them again and again.
Click New Template

Give your template a clear title (ex: “Weekly Marketing Report”)
Add your prompt questions:
Choose from suggested prompts, or
Create your own by adding a label and writing the prompt text (more on this below)
Upload supporting files (up to 3). Accepted formats:
PDF
TXT
DOCX
JSON
HTML
CSV
Click Generate Report

Adding a Custom Prompt
Sometimes you’ll want to go beyond the built-in prompts. Here’s how:
Click Add Custom
Type a short, clear label (this is how you’ll recognize it later)
Write your prompt text

3. View or Export Your Report
Once generated, you’ll return to the main screen.
Click View Report to open it in ThoughtTree
Click Export to download a polished PDF

When you click View Report, you’ll see your results displayed in a clean, structured layout:

4. Keep Templates Up to Date
Need to adjust a template? No problem. Navigate to Post Report in the left sidebar. Then:
Select the template
Add or update custom prompts
Upload your files
Generate a fresh report
Review and export
5. Manage Templates and Reports
Delete a Template
Select the template → click Delete Template (top right)

Delete a Report
In report view → click Delete Report (top right)
Or delete from the Reports tab

6. Log Out Anytime
Click Log Out in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
